Pain on the outside of your elbow is most likely “Tennis Elbow”. It is not commonly caused by tennis these days but is brought on from repetitive tasks or overuse when lifting weights.

Did you know, 40% of us will experience tennis elbow in our lifetime?! Luckily 80-90% of cases will settle within a year but can take up to 2 years!
